Processing Time(Domestic & International)
- Each order is made especially for you.
- Please allow 5–15 business days for us to craft and prepare your order before dispatch.

Shipping Time(Domestic)
- Once dispatched, your order typically arrives within 5–7 business days.
- Deliveries to remote locations may take slightly longer.
Shipping Time(International)
- Once dispatched, your order typically arrives within 7-12 business days depending on the country of delivery.
- Customs clearance may take longer than expected and is subject to case-by-case timelines, which are beyond our control.
- Korakagaz is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer.
Shipping Charges
- Domestic: We offer free shipping across India on all orders.
- International: There will be charges for shipping according to the location and will be visible during the checkout after you enter your address.
Order Tracking
As soon as we ship your order, you'll receive a tracking link on your registered email ID so you can follow your package all the way to your doorstep.
Delays
Since every piece is handcrafted and made-to-order, slight delays can happen—especially during festivals, holidays, or due to courier issues. We appreciate your patience and promise it'll be worth the wait.
