At Korakagaz, every piece is handcrafted with care, and we genuinely want you to love what you receive. If something doesn’t feel right, we’re here to support you.

Returns and Exchanges(International):
- We do not provide returns/exchanges/refunds for international orders.
Returns and Exchanges(Domestic)
- We currently do not offer direct exchanges.

For size or style changes, you can:

- Initiate a return
- Receive store credit
- Place a new order of your choice.

Store credit can be used for:
- Same product (different size)
- Any other product
- Orders placed using store credit are not eligible for returns.
Store Credit
- We provide store credit only (no bank refunds).
- Credit will be issued within 24 hours after the return parcel reaches our warehouse.
- Credit value = Product amount – ₹200 (pickup fee).
- Store credit is valid for 365 days.
How to initiate a return?
- Email us at contact@korakagazindia.com within 7 days of delivery

- Reason for return

Pickup Process
- We offer at-home pickup for your convenience.
- A flat ₹200 pickup fee will be deducted from your store credit.
- Pickup is arranged within 2 working days.
- Maximum 2 pickup attempts will be made.
Cancellation
- Orders can be cancelled only before they are shipped
- The amount will be issued as store credit
Damaged/ Missing/ Wrong Items
We truly want to resolve this quickly for you.
- Report within 48 hours of delivery.
- Share an unboxing video for verification.

- No charges will be applied in such cases.
What is NOT considered damaged:
- Slight color variation due to lighting or screen differences
- Minor print or texture variations (as all products are handcrafted)
Important Stuff
- Items must be:
- Unused
- Unworn
- With all tags intact
- Returns not meeting these conditions may be rejected
- Sale items are non-returnable and non-refundable
- Coupon codes once expired cannot be reissued
